| 摘 要： | 目的 比较Menghini针一秒钟负压抽吸法与Bard Magnum切割针自动切割法行经皮肝穿刺活组织检查对肝脏疾病患者穿刺的效果.方法 将500例肝脏疾病患者按随机数字表法分为2组:A组200例和B组300例.A组采用Menghini针一秒钟负压抽吸法行经皮肝穿刺活组织检查,B组采用Bard Magnum切割针自动切割法行经皮肝穿刺活组织检查.结果 A组患者肝组织标本长度及穿刺成功率与B组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).A组发生并发症4例,并发症发生率为2.0％;B组无一例并发症发生,并发症发生率为0.0%;2组并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采用Bard Magnum切割针自动切割法行经皮肝穿刺活组织检查具有获取的肝组织多、成功率高及患者痛苦少等优点,可作为经皮肝穿刺活组织检查的首选方式.
