| 摘 要： | 目的观察他达那非联合十一酸睾酮治疗中老年男性勃起功能障碍（ED）伴迟发性性腺功能减退症（LOH）患者的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的45例患者分为2组，研究组23例，采用他达那非联合十一酸睾酮的治疗方案，对照组22例，单用他达那非治疗。4周后，应用国际勃起功能指数评分-5（IIEF-5）、老年男性症状问卷（AMS）比较2组的治疗效果。结果2组治疗后IIEF-5评分较治疗前增加（P均〈0．05），研究组AMS评分均较治疗前降低（P〈0．05），研究组治疗后2项评分较对照组明显改善（P均〈0．05）。结论在中老年ED伴LOH患者的治疗申．联合应用他达那非和十一酸睾酮的治疗效果优于单用他达那非的效果．
