| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血浆总抗氧化状态（TAS）和同型半胱氨酸水平（Hcy）在阿尔茨海默病（AD）中的发病机制。方法选择浦东新区精神卫生中心门诊AD患者198例，以酶法检测血浆TAS与Hcy水平。此期间选择健康体检者77例作对照组对比分析。结果AD患者组血浆TAS和Hcy水平与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．01）；AD患者血浆TAS与Hcy水平呈明显负相关（r=-0．545，P〈0．01）。结论高Hey血症（HHcy）导致机体抗氧化能力下降，TAS水平的持续低下是AD发病的又一个重要原因。
