| 摘 要： | 目的 总结术后早期炎性肠梗阻的治疗和护理体会.方法 对35例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者采用非手术治疗30例,手术治疗5例;实施有效护理.结果 非手术治疗30例全部治愈;手术治疗5例,其中治愈4例,死亡1例.治愈率97.1%.治愈时间6～29 d,平均12.5 d.出院后2～5个月随访,无一例出现肠梗阻症状.结论 提高对术后早期炎性肠梗阻的认识,及时正确的诊断、治疗以及有效的护理,能提高治愈率.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience in the treatment and nursing care of early postoperative inflammatory bowel obstruction.Methods Thirty-five patients with early postoperative inflammatory bowel obstruction received either non-surgical treatment(30 cases) or surgical treatment(5 cases).In addition,patients were given effective care.Results All 30 patients receiving nonoperative treatment were cured.Among the 5 patients receiving surgical treatment,4 were cured and 1 died with a cure rate of 97.1%.The av... |
