不同消毒方法对呼吸机管道消毒效果的比较

[目的]研究不同消毒方法对呼吸机管道的消毒效果，选择最佳消毒方法。[方法]采用棉拭子涂抹采样和细菌检测方法，对全自动清洗消毒机（观察组）和消毒液浸泡法（对照组）消毒呼吸机管道的效果进行比较观察。[结果]观察组检测500件，消毒效果合格率为100％，对照组检测500件，消毒效果合格率为80％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。污染呼吸机管道检出的细菌均为条件致病菌，以革兰阴性杆菌为主，其中不动杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌检出率最高。[结论]全自动清洗消毒机消毒效果明显优于消毒液浸泡法。

Comparison on effect of different disinfection methods for ventilator tube disinfection

Objective： To study the effect of different disinfection methods for ventilator tube disinfection, so as to select the best method of disinfection. Methods. Cotton swab smear sampling and bacterial detection methods were used for comparing and observing the disinfection effect of fully automatic cleaning and disinfecting machines and disinfectant method for ventilator tube. Results. A total of 500 ventilator tubes which were disinfected by fully automarie cleaning and disinfecting machines, and the pass rate of disinfection effect was 100%. The ventilator tubes was placed into disinfectant containing available chlorine 500 mg/ L to soak for 30 rain,and 500 ventilator tubes were detected,the pass rate of disinfectant effect was 80%. All detected bacteria in polluted ventilator tubes were opportunistic pathogen, Gram-negative bacteria was main and Acinetobacter and Pseudomonas aeruginosa with the highest detection rate. There was statistically significant difference in positive rate of bacterial culture samples between two methods difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion.The disinfectant effect of fully automatic cleaning and disinfecting machines is significantly better than that of disinfectant method.
