护理干预对减轻新生儿足跟采血疼痛的效果观察

目的]探讨护理干预对减轻新生儿足底采血疼痛的影响。方法]将300例足月顺产新生儿随机分成3组，即50％蔗糖水干预组、仰卧非营养性吸吮干预组（NNS）、母亲左侧环抱组，每组100例。采用新生儿疼痛评分表观察针刺足跟前5min、自针刺足跟后10min的疼痛评分，并记录新生儿的心率及经皮氧饱和度。结果]母亲左侧环抱母乳组疼痛程度明显低于其他组（P〈0．01）。结论]对足跟采血的新生儿予以母亲左侧环抱，能有效减轻新生儿疼痛。

Observation on effect of nursing intervention for reducing pain in neonatal heel prick

Objective：To probe into influence of nursing intervention on reducing pain in neonatal heel prick. Methods：A total of 300 cases of full - term eutocia neonates were randomly divided into three groups,that was, 50% sucrose water intervention group, supine non - nutritive sucking intervention group （NNS）,the left side of the mother embracing group, 100 cases in each group. Neonatal pain scale was used for observation of pain score respectively at 5th rain after acupuncture heel and 10th min after acupuncture heel, then to record the heart rate and transcutaneous oxygen saturation of newborns. Results：Level of pain of newborns in the left side of mother surrounded breast - group was significantly lower than that of other groups （P〈0 01）. Conclusion：The left side of mother surrounding for newborn accepting heel prick can effectively reduce neonatal pain.
