| 摘 要： | 目的探讨环氧化酶-2（COX-2）在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与淋巴管生成的相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测口腔鳞状细胞癌中COX-2及D2-40的表达情况,并计数淋巴管密度（lymphatic vessel density,LVD）。结果和正常组织比较,口腔癌中COX-2的表达明显增高,有淋巴结转移的口腔鳞状细胞癌患者COX-2的阳性率显著高于无淋巴结转移组（χ^2=6.435,P0.05）,LVD计数显著高于无转移组（t=2.446,P〈0.05）,口腔鳞状细胞癌中COX-2与LVD之间具有相关性（r=0.552,P〈0.05）。结论COX-2与口腔鳞状细胞癌的淋巴管生成有关,在口腔鳞状细胞癌的淋巴结转移中可能起着重要作用。
