摘    要:目的 探讨血浆内皮缩血管肽 1(ET -1)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)在脑出血患者急性期和恢复期中的临床意义。方法 采用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)对 3 1例脑出血患者急性期和恢复期进行血浆ET -1和CGRP含量测定 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 脑出血患者急性期血浆ET -1和CGRP含量明显高于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;恢复期血浆ET-1含量有所下降 ,但仍高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。而CGRP在恢复期则降至正常 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 血浆ET -1、CGRP含量测定对脑损伤程度的判断有重要参考价值。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical significance of blood plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in acute and convalescence periods in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A radioimmunoassay(RIA) method was used to detect the ET-1 and CGRP in the acute and convalescence periods in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Then a comparison to the control group was also untaken. Results The ET-1 and CGRP in the acute period of cerebral hemorrhage were statistically higher than that in the control group (all the P values were <0.01); in the convalescence period, the blood plasma ET-1 decreased slightly. but still higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). The CGRP decreased to a normal level in the convalescence period (P>0.05). Conclusion Blood plasma ET-1 and CGRP are useful markers for diagnosis of cerebral injury.
