七氟烷的合成

摘    要:目的设计新的合成七氟烷路线。方法在浓硫酸存在下,以六氟异丙醇与三聚甲醛为起始原料反应生成双六氟异丙醇缩甲醛衍生物(3),3再与三氯化铝反应生成氯甲基2,2,2-三氟-1-(三氟甲基)乙基醚(4),4与KF反应合成了七氟烷(5)。结果合成了七氟烷,总收率64.1%,纯度大于99%。结论该路线反应步骤简单,生产成本低,易于工业化生产。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To design a new synthetic route of sevoflurane.METHODS Bis(Hexafluoroisopropanol) formaldehyde derivatives(3)were sythesized from hexa fluoroiso propanol and metaformaldehyde in the presence of concentrated oid of vitriol,3 was combined with Aluminum trichloride to produce chloromethyl-2,2,2-trifluoro-1-(triflnoromethyl) ethyl ether(4),4was combined with potassium fluoride to produce sevoflurane(5).RESULTS Sevoflurane were sythesized.The overall yeild was 64.1% and its purity was more than 99%.CONCLUSION This synthetic route of sevoflurane had the features of simple process,lower cost and industrialization marufacture.
