2007年北京市大兴区部分农村居民健康教育需求调查

目的]了解大兴区农村居民健康知识掌握情况和健康教育需求现状，为改善健康教育与健康促进干预对策提供参考依据。方法]2007年，在北京市大兴区抽取部分农村居民进行调查。结果]调查538名农村居民，导致高血压发病的9个问题全部认知的占10．41％，导致糖尿病发病的9个问题全部认知的占0．37％，预防流感6项措施全部认知的占8．18％，预防痢疾等肠道传染病7项措施全部认知的占5．95％。目前获取健康知识的途径为电视的占90．52％、广播占39．59％、报纸占30．11%，最希望获取健康知识的渠道为电视的占78．81％广播34．39％和健康大课堂30．86％，最希望得到的健康知识为预防慢性病知识、合理饮食知识的分别占76．58％、62．45％。结论]大兴区农村居民健康知识有待提高，今后开展健康教育与健康促进应以电视、健康大课堂和广播为主要传播方式。

Survey on Health Education Needs among Rural Residents in Daxing District of Beijing City in 2007

Objective]To learn the status of health knowledge and health education among rural residents in Daxing district of Beijing and provide reference basis for health education and promation intervention.Methods]In 2007, rural residents were selected in Daxing district of Beijing. -Results~The total awareness rate of 9 hypertension risk factors was 10.41~ ,and the total awareness rate of 9 diabetes risk factors was 0.37% ;8.18% of rural citizens knew all 6 measures for flu prevention and 5.95% knew all 7 measures for digestive system infectious diseases prevention. People got the health information mainly from TV 90.52 %, broadcast（39.59 % ） and newspaper（30.11 % ）, but they hoped to get the information from TV 78.81 %）, broadcast（34.39 % ） and health lecture（30. 86 % ） Besides, most of them wanted to get more health information about chronic disease prevention （76.58 % ）, health eating（62.45%）. Conclusion]The knowledge level for health prevention of rural citizen needs to be improved. TV,broadcast and health lecture should be the main ways for health education and promotion.
