茶多酚复方胶囊降血脂作用的临床研究

目的]研究茶多酚复方胶囊的降血脂作用。方法]采用自身和组间对照设计方法,将自愿受试者随机分为试食组和对照组,分别服用茶多酚复方胶囊或安慰剂30 d后,测定受试者血脂。结果]试食结果表明,试食组血清总胆固醇（TC）较试食前下降了1.23±0.30 mmol/L,下降率为17.18%;甘油三酯（TG）下降了0.37±0.18 mmol/L,下降率为17.37%;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）升高了0.11±0.01 mmol/L。结论]茶多酚复方胶囊具有降血脂作用。

Clinical Observation on Effect of Tea Polyphenols Compound Capsule on Rreducing Blood Lipid

Objective] To study the effect of tea polyphenols compound capsule on lowering blood lipid.Methods]Adopting the design of self control and intragroups comparison,the volunteers were randomly divided into test group and control group,then the test group subjects＇ blood lipid was measured after they took tea polyphenols compound capsule or placebo 30 days.Results]After the test,cholesterol total（TC） of test group decreased 17.18% 1.23±0.30 mmol/L;Glycerlipid total（TG） decreased 17.37% 0.37±0.18 mmol/L;High density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） increased 0.11±0.01 mmol/L.Conclusion]The results indicate that tea polyhenols compound capsule can reduce blood lipid.
