摘    要:[目的]了解濮阳改建水源水取水点及加强水源水调节池管理后市政供水藻类污染状况的变化。[方法]2006年5月至2007年12月,每月第二周的周一上午对水源水、出厂水进行采样,水源水作藻类细胞计数和微囊藻毒素含量测定,出厂水仅作微囊藻毒素含量测定,将水源水藻细胞浓度、微囊藻毒素含量及出厂水微囊藻毒素含量与采取相关改进措施前的1998~1999年检测结果比较。[结果]2006~2007年藻类密度平均值为56.94万个/L,最高值为71.4万个/L。20份水源水及20份出厂水微囊藻毒素含量均小于20ng/L。不同时期差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。[结论]2006~2007年市政供水水质比1998~1999年有明显的改善。

Abstract:[Objective] To understand the changes of municipal water algae pollution after PuYang city reconstructed water intake point and strengthened the supervision of water conditioning tank.[Methods]Take a sampling of the source water and the waste water on each Monday's morning of each second week from May 2006 to December 2007.Survey the contents of Algal Cell count and Microcystin in the source water and Microcystin of the waste water.Then compare this result to the result which was made from 1998 to 1999,when such a an inprovemtnt was not made.[Results]the investment made from 2006 to 2007 shows that the average density of Algae was 56.94×105/L,with the highest data of 71.4×105/L.The contents of Microcystin in each 20 samples of source water and waste water were less than 20 ng/L.It has the statistically significant differences between different periods(P0.01).[Conclusion]The quantity of the water supplied by the government in 2006 to 2007 has improved obviously compared to the water in 1998 to 1999.
