低温甲醛蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果研究

摘    要:目的]探讨低温甲醛蒸汽灭菌器的安全性和灭菌效果。方法]采用低温甲醛蒸汽灭菌器进行灭菌,检测工作环境中的空气和所排废水中甲醛浓度,采用生物指示物和染菌载体进行灭菌效果监测。结果]灭菌程序运行过程中,空气中甲醛浓度〈0.1mg/m3,废水中甲醛浓度〈20mg/L;载体定性灭菌试验全部合格,有3次模拟现场灭菌试验灭菌运行失败。结论]低温蒸汽甲醛灭菌是一种安全有效低温灭菌处理方式,但低温蒸汽甲醛灭菌器适用的灭菌物品范围需进行科学界定。

Abstract:Objective] To study the safety and sterilizing efficacy of low temperature steam and formaldhyde sterilizer.Methods]The sterilizing efficacy was tested with biological indicator and bacterial carriers,and the formaldehyde concentration in the air and waste water during the period of sterilization was measured.Results]The formaldehyde concentration during the period of sterilization was less than 0.1 mg/m3 in the air,and less than 20 mg/L in waste water;The test of biological indicator was qualified,but sometimes it cannot kill all the spores of B.subtilis var.niger contaminated on hemostats.Conclusion]The low temperature steam and formaldhyde sterilizer is an effective facility for low temperature sterilization application,but the medical instruments for sterilization should be selected strictly in the right way.
