2009年扬州市娱乐场所女性性工作者性病艾滋病相关行为和感染状况调查

目的]了解扬州市娱乐场所女性性工作者性病艾滋病行为和HIV梅毒等性病感染状况,为进一步开展干预工作提供相关信息和依据。方法]2009年7-9月,对扬州市辖区940名娱乐场所女性性工作者进行问卷调查,并检测HIV抗体、梅毒抗体、淋球菌和沙眼衣原体。结果]调查940人,最近一次与客人发生性行为时安全套使用率为56.81%,最近一个月与客人发生性行为时每次使用安全套率为33.19%,宾馆、浴室、KTV、酒吧、发廊等女性性工作者最近一次与客人发生性行为时安全套的使用比例分别为58.62%、63.39%、26.87%、38.46%、56.81%（P〈0.01）;调查940人,0.43%的人最近六个月注射过毒品;有35.96%的人有性病相关症状;75.64%的人接受过性病、艾滋病相关服务;940人中梅毒抗体阳性检出率为8.40%,413人中淋球菌抗体阳性检出率为8.72%,沙眼衣原体阳性检出率为13.32%。结论]扬州市娱乐场所女性性工作者以洗浴场所为主,安全套使用率不高。今后要加强高危行为干预工作,注重性病防治知识宣传和安全套的使用推广。

Investigation on Behavior and Infection of STDs and AIDS among Female Sex Workers at Entertainment Sites in Yangzhou City,2009

Objective] To understand behavior and infection of STDs and AIDS among female sex workers at entertainment sites in Yangzhou,and provide information and basis for intervention among them.Methods]From July to September in 2009,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 940 female sex workers,and detection was made on HIV antibody,syphilis antibody.gonococcus and chlamydia.Results]Among 940 female sex workers,56.81% used condoms when they had sex behavior in the last time,and 33.19% used condoms when they had sex behavior each time in the last month.Condom use rate of female sex workers from the hotel,the public bath,KTV,the bar,and the barber shop was 58.62%,63.39%,26.87%,38.46%,and 56.81%（P0.01）,0.43%of them injected drugs in the half past year;35.96% of them had the clinical symptoms.Among 940,the infection rate of syphilis was 8.40%.Among 413,the infection rate of gonococcus was 8.72%,and the rate of chlamydia was 13.32%.Conclusion]The major female sex workers in Yangzhou city were from bathing sites,with a low rate of condom use.Intervention of high risk behavior among female sex workers should be further strengthened,focus on publicity of STD knowledge and promotion of condom use.
