2007～2008年昆山市流动人口肺结核病例发现与转归情况分析

[目的]了解流动人口肺结核病例的发现与治疗转归情况,评价项目实施效果,为结核病控制提供科学依据。[方法]对2007年10月至2008年9月昆山市流动人口肺结核病病例相关资料进行分析。[结果]流动人口活动性肺结核病例登记率、涂阳肺结核病例登记率、新涂阳肺结核病例登记率,项目实施期间分别为64.00/10万、35.80/10万、31.80/10万,项目实施前（2006年1月至2006年12月）分别为44.60/10万、20.60/10万、18.60/10万（P〈0.01）;新发涂阳肺结核病例治愈率,项目实施前为61.64%,实施期间为83.65%（P〈0.01）;涂阴病人完成治疗率,实施前为54.76%,实施期间为79.43%（P〈0.01）。[结论]通过项目实施流动人口肺结核病例发现率和治愈率均明显提高。

Analysis on Discovery and Prognosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Cases among the Transient Populations in Kunshan City,2007-2008

[Objective]To understand the discovery,treatment and prognosis of pulmonary tuberculosis cases among the transient populations,evaluate the project implementation results,so as to provide the scientific basis for tuberculosis control.[Methods]Analysis was made on data of pulmonary tuberculosis cases among the transient populations in Kunshan city from October 2007 to September 2008.[Results]The active TB case registration rate,registration rate of smear positive TB cases,new smear positive TB cases registered rate was respectively 64.00/10^5,35.80/10^5,and 31.80/10^5 respectively during the project implementation（January 2006-December 2006）,and was 44.60/10^5,20.60/10^5,and 18.60/10^5（P〈0.01）before the project implementation;the cure rate for new smear positive cases of tuberculosis was 61.64% before the project implementation,and 83.65% during the project implementation（P〈0.01）;the completed treatment rate for smear negative patients was 54.76% before the project implementation,and was 79.43% during the project implementation（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Through the implementation of the project,the detection and cure rates of tuberculosis cases have increased obviously among the transient populations.
