摘    要:目的]了解某地各年度城乡各医疗机构消毒质量差异情况。方法]按《消毒技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》对某地2004-2008年各医疗机构消毒效果质量进行监督监测。结果]2004~2008年检测各医疗机构样品2749份,合格的1873份,合格率为75.55%。县级医院为89.25%、乡镇卫生院为81.64%、个体诊所为66.56%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。在各类样品监测中,合格率最高的是一次性医疗用品(92.35%),合格率最低的是室内空气(44.93%),不同种类样品间合格率的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论]某地各医疗机构消毒效果质量存在明显的差别,今后应该针对性地加强各单位的消毒质量管理和监督。

Analysis of Disinfection Effect in Medical Institutions at Different Levels in Suining City from 2004 to 2008

Abstract:Objective]To know the differences.of the sterilization quality of each year in urban and rural medical institutions. Methods]According to "the sterilizing technological specification" and "hospital sterilizing hygienic standard" ,the sterilizing quality in every medical institution from 2004 to 2008 were supervised and monitored. Results]2 749 samples collected from various medical institutions were tested from 2004 to 2008,1 873 of them were qualified. The qualification rate of sterilization effect in all the medical institutions was 75.55%. The qualification rate of county hospitals was 89.25%. The qualification rate of township health centers was 81.64% and private clinics' was 66.56G. The difference had statistical significance( P 〈0. 01). In all the kinds of monitoring samples, the qualification rate of disposable medical supplies was the highest (92.35%) and indoor air' was the lowest (44.93%). The differences of the qualification rate between different kinds of samples had statistical significance( P 〈0. 01). Conclusion]There are obvious differences of sterilization between different medical institutions. So, we should strengthen management and supervision of sterilization quality of each unit in the future.
