2004-2008年桐乡市非法行医状况分析

目的]了解桐乡市非法行医状况，为打击非法行医工作提供依据。方法]对桐乡市自2004年来在全市范围内开展严厉打击非法行医专项行动情况进行分析。结果]共检查各级各类医疗机构1478户次，取缔无证行医307户次，立案处罚220户次，没收和罚款53．48万元．没收药品器械684箱，9名非法行医者追究刑事责任。结论]建立卫生公安联合打击非法行医制度；完善综合管理，探索长效管理机制。

Analysis of the Status of Illegal Medical Practice in Tongxiang City, from 2004 to 2008

Objective]To understand the status of illegal medical practice in Tongxiang city, to provide basis for cracking down on illegal medical practice. Methods]Special action in cracking down on illegal medical practice in the while city of Tongxiang since 2004 was analyzed. Results] 1 478 medical institutions at all levels were inspected, 307 clinics of unqualified medical practices had been banned, filling penalty was carried out for 220 clinics. 534 800 Yuan were confiscated and fined,684 boxes of drugs and medical instruments were confiscated, 9 persons with illegal medical practice were prosecuted for criminal responsibility. Conclusion]The system of cracking down on illegal medical practice by Health Organizations combined with Public Security Departments can be established, comprehensive management should be improved, ro explore the mechanism for long-term management.
