2007年大连市健康人群麻疹抗体水平监测分析

目的]了解大连市健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为制定免疫策略和评价免疫效果提供依据。方法]2007年,在大连市所辖10个区（市、县）抽取部分健康人群检测血清麻疹IgG抗体水平。结果]检测1439人,血清麻疹IgG抗体阳性率为97.64%,抗体几何平均滴度（GMT）为1∶4091。麻疹抗体阳性率,男性与女性、7个年龄组均在96%以上（P〉0.05）;麻疹抗体阳性率,城区低于城郊结合部和农村（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）;抗体几何平均滴度,城区和农村低于城郊结合部（P〈0.01）。结论]2007年大连市人群麻疹抗体水平处于较高水平,城区人群低于农村人群。

Surveillance and Analysis on Measles Antibody Level among Healthy Population in Dalian City,2007

Objective] To understand the measles antibody level among healthy population in Dalian city,in order to provide the basis for working out immunization strategy and appraising immunity effect.Methods]Some healthy populations were sampled to test the serum measles IgG antibody level in 10 districts（cities,counties）in Dalian in 2007.Results]A total of 1 439 people were tested,the positive rate of serum measles IgG antibody was 97.64%,GWT was 1∶4 091.The positive rate of measles antibody was above 96% for males and females in 7 age groups（P0.05）;and it was lower in urban population than in suburb and rural population.GWT is lower in city and country population than in suburb population（P0.01）.Conclusion]The measles antibody level is at a high level in Dalian city in 2007,and it is lower in urban population than in rural population.
