2008年肥城矿区部分干部群众健康查体结果分析

目的]了解肥城矿区部分退离休和在职干部的常见病、高发病,以采取相应干预措施。方法]采用临床检查、医技检查和实验室检查方法对肥城矿区部分干部群众进行健康查体。结果]在1599名干部中,影响健康的主要疾病分别是脂肪肝、冠心病、高血压病、高脂血症和高心病,检出率分别为49.47%、48.09%、39.21%、31.14%和27.83%。40～59岁组人群患病率最高为脂肪肝（55.41%）,最低为冠心病（7.65%）;60～79岁组人群患病率最高为冠心病（72.44%）,最低为高血糖（21.14%）。男性患病率较高的疾病分别为脂肪肝、高脂血症、冠心病,明显高于女性。结论]肥城矿区干部常见慢性疾病发病率较高,应找出影响健康状况的因素,提供健康干预措施,促进健康水平。

Analysis on Physical Examination Results among Cadres Employees of Feicheng Mines in 2008

Objective]To understand the common diseases and high prevalent diseases among some retired and in-service cadres in order to take corresponding measures.Methods]The clinical examination,medical technology and laboratory method were used to conduct the health check-up.Results]Among 1 599 cadres,the major diseases affecting health were fatty liver,coronary heart disease,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,hypertensive heart disease.The detection rates were 49.47%、48.09%、39.21%、31.14% and 27.83%。In the 40 to 59 age group,the highest prevalence of the disease was fatty liver（55.41%）,and the lowest was coronary heart disease（7.65%）;In the 60 to79 age group,the highest prevalence of the disease was coronary heart disease（72.44%）,and the lowest was high-glucose（21.14%）.Fatty liver,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease were the higher prevalence of diseases among males,the detection rates were significantly higher than those among females.Conclusion]In view of high incidence of common chronic diseases,the factors influencing health status should be identified to provide health interventions and promote health level.
