2009年绵阳市涪城区手足口病疫情分析

目的]了解2009年绵阳市涪城区手足口病流行特征，为手足口病防治工作提供科学依据。方法]对2009年绵阳市涪城区报告的458例手足口病病例资料进行分析。结果]2009年共报告手足口病458例，无死亡，发病率为69．62／10万，未出现暴发疫情。458例中，临床诊断457例，实验室诊断1例（EV71）；3～7月发病的占64．41％；3岁以下占93．45％，散居儿童占53．06％，幼托儿童占43．23％；轻型占99．78％。发病率：男性为84．61／10万，女性为54．00／10万（P〈0．01）；城区为83．11／10万，农村为49．38／10万（P〈0．01）。结论]2009年涪城区手足口病疫情大幅度上升，防治工作应加强。

Analysis on Epidemic of Hand-foot-and-mouth Disease in Fucheng Distict, Mianyang City, 2009

Objective]To know the epidemic characteristics of hand-foot-and -mouth disease（HFMD） in Fucheng distiet,Mianyang,2009 and provide scientific evidence for prevention of HFMD. Methods]Data were analyzed on 458 cases of HFMD reported in Fucheng distict, Mianyang, 2009. Results]A total of 458 cases of HFMD were reported in 2009, with no death,and the incidence was 69.62/105 ,with no outbreak. In the 458 cases, 457 cases were clinically diagnosed and 1 case was laboratory diagnosed （EV71）. The incidence rate from March to July accounted for 64. 41 % of the total. Among children,93.45% were under 3 years old,53.06% lived scatteredly while 43.23% lived in kindergartens and daycare centers;99.78% was light. The incidence rate of male was 84.61/105 while female was 54.00/10^5 （ P 〈0.01） ;and 83.11/ 102 in urban area while 49.38/10^5 （ P 〈0.01） in rural. Conclusion]The HFMD increases substantially in Fucheng district in 2009.
