| 摘 要： | [目的]了解手足口病疫情和流行特征，提出预防和控制措施。[方法]对单县2009年手足口病疫情资料进行分析。[结果32009年全县合计报告手足口病2432例，发病率为202．18／10万，其中重症334例，死亡1例。2432例病人中，4～7月发病1869例，占76．85％。年发病率，男性为256．95／10万，女性为146．30／10万（P〈0．01）；≤3岁为3797．36／10万，4～10岁为314．88／10万，11～20岁为17．55／10万（P〈0．01）；最高的乡镇是朱集镇（393．38／10万）、蔡堂镇（288．11／10万）、孙溜镇（268．26／10万）。[结论]2009年单县手足口病发病率较高，出现死亡病例。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To understand the epidemics and characteristics of HFMD, and offer measures for prevention and control. [Methods]Analysis was made on epidemic data of HFMD in Shan county, 2009. [Results]A total of 2 432 cases of HFMD were reported in Shan county, 2009 ,with the incidence at 202.18/10% ,334serious cases,and 1 death. Among them, 1 869 cases from April to July, accounting for 76.85 %. The annual incidence was 256.95/10^5 for males and 146.30/10^5 for females（ P 〈0. 01）. 3 797/105 for at and under 3 years old,314.88/10^5 for 4 to 10 years old,17.55/10^5 for 11 to 20 years old（ P 〈0.01）.The top three were Zhuliu township （393.38/10^5）, Caitang township（288.11/10^5） and Sunliu township（268.26/10^5 ）. [Conclusion]The incidence of HFMD is high in Shah county, 2009,with death cases. |
