2005-2009年阿勒泰地区艾滋病流行趋势分析

[目的]探讨阿勒泰地区艾滋病疫情现状及流行形势，为制定艾滋病的防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对2005~2009年阿勒泰地区艾滋病疫情监测资料进行分析。[结果]2005～2009年全地区累计检出HIV感染者50例，其中艾滋病病人1例，死亡5例；男性占88．00％，女性占12．Oo％；维吾尔族占52．0。％，汉族占12．00％，哈萨克族占10．00％，其他民族占26．00％；公安监管人员占78．00％，暗娼占12．00％，其他人员占10．00％；静脉吸毒途径、性途径、感染途径不详者分别占66．00％、30．00％、4．00％。全部HIV感染者中，阿勒泰市确诊43例，布尔滓县确诊1例，哈巴河县确诊2例，福海县确诊2例，富蕴县确诊2例。2005～2009年累计检测29008人次，HIV阳性检出率为0．17％，各年分别为0．25％、0．63％、0．54％、0．10％、0．11％；公安监管人员为0．66％，自愿咨询检测人群为0．39％，娱乐场所服务人员为0．29％，婚前检查人员为0．047％，手术前病人为0．025％，其他人群为0．026％。[结论]阿勒泰地区属于艾滋病低流行地区，疫情呈逐年上升趋势，由吸毒者、暗娼等高危人群向普通人群发展。

Analysis on Epidemic Trend of HIV/AIDS in Aletai Prefecture from 2005 to 2009

[Objective]To analyze HIV/AIDS epidemic situation and trend in Aletai prefecture, so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation of preventive and therapeutic measures. [Methods]Statistical analysis was performed on HIV/ AIDS epidemic surveillance data from 2005 to 2009. [Results]A total of 50 cases of HIV infection were detected from 2005 to 2009,with 1 case of AIDS and 5 deaths in accumulated report on HIV/AIDS in Aletai region. 88.00% in males and 12.00% in females; 52.00% in the Uyghurs and 12.00% in the Hun,10.00% in the Kazaks,and 26.00% in the other ethnic minorities;78.00% in the prisoners,12.00% in CSW,and 10.00% in the others;66.00%,30.00% and 4.00% respectively in intravenous drug users,sexual infection and other unknown routes. 43 cases were confirmed in Aletai city in all HIV infection cases. 1 HIV infection case in Buerjin county. 2 in Habahe county,2 in Fuhai county,2 in Fuyun county. From 2005 to 2009,29 008 cases were tested,the HIV positive rate was 0.17% ,respectively 0.25% ,0.63% ,0.54%, 0.10%,and 0.11% ; 0.66% in the prisoners,0.39% in VCT,0. 29% in entertainment place attendants,0. 047% in premarital check personnel, 0. 025 % in preoperation patients, 0. 026 % in others. [Conclusion]The region of Aletai is at a low prevalence state of AIDS epidemic, the epidemic rises year by year, develops from high risk populations such as drug users and CSW to the general populations.
