2009年南通市38家船舶修造企业职业卫生状况调查

[目的]了解南通市船舶修造企业职业卫生状况，为进一步开展卫生监督工作提供科学依据。[方法]2009年8～12月，抽取南通市38家船舶修造企业进行调查。[结果]调查的38家企业中，24家在存在职业危害的作业场所设置了职业病防护设施，所有企业船舱内均未安装固定的通风除尘设施，24家通过塑料管道输入空气，但均无排风措施；所有企业均发放了个人防护用品，760名作业人员中60．00％未佩戴防护用品。38家企业中接触职业病危害因素的14449人，职业健康体检率为23．39％；检出职业禁忌者231人，调离率为63．64％；检出职业病患者13例。有新建、改建、扩建项目的26家企业中，6家进行了职业病防护设施的“三同时”审查。[结论]南通市船舶修造企业存在较多的职业病危害因素．职业卫生工作有待加强。

Survey on Current Occupational Health Status at 38 Shipyards in Nantong City,2009

[Objective]To understand the current occupational health status of shipyards in Nantong city,so as to provide scientific basis for carrying out further health inspection and supervision. [Methods]In August-December, 2009,38 shipyards were randomly sampled to conduct a survey in Nantong city. [Results]In 38 shipyards, 24 ,in the presence of occupational hazards in the workplaees set up occupational protective equipment, all of them had no fixed cabin ventilation dust removal facilities, 24 had the air entrance through the plastic pipe, but no ventilation measures;All enterprises issued personal protective equipment,60.00 % .of 760 operating personnel did not wear protective equipment. 14 449 people were exposed to occupational hazards,occupational health examination rate was 23.39 % ;detection of occupational contraindication 231 ,the transferring rate was 63.64% ;detected 13 cases of occupational diseases. With new construction,reconstruction,expansion in 26 companies,six had the ＂three simultaneous＂ review for occupational protective equipment, [Conclusion]There are more occupational hazards at shipbuilding enterprises in Nantong city, therefore occupational health work needs to be strengthened.
