摘    要:[目的]查清食物中毒的原因,防止食物中毒的再次发生。[方法]通过对1起群宴食物中毒的现场流行病学调查和实验室检测,分析引起食物中毒的原因。[结果]该次食物中毒23人,罹患率达17.69%,经实验室采样在9名患者的大便和1份冻虾等10份样品中均检出副溶血性弧菌。[结论]该次食物中毒是1起由于海产品冻虾加工不当所引起的副溶血性弧菌食物中毒。

Pathogenic Investigation on a Food Poisoning Induced by Vibrio Parahaemolyticus

Abstract:[Objective]To find out the causes of food poisoning,so as to prevent the recurrence of food poisoning.[Methods]Field epidemiological investigation and laboratory testing were conducted on a group dinner food poisoning,and analysis was made on the causes of food poisoning.[Results]23 people were affected by the food poisoning,the attack rates was 17.16%,all 23 patients ate fried shrimps,Vibrio parahaemolyticus was cultured in laboratory samples of stool in 9 patients and 1 of 10 samples of shrimps.[Conclusion]This is a Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning due to improper processing of frozen seafood shrimps.
