社区健康教育对糖尿病病人遵医行为的影响

目的]探讨与研究社区健康教育对糖尿病病人遵医行为的影响。方法]选取198例病人，对其进行社区健康教育，并随访调查干预前后病人的遵医行为及病情控制情况。结果]共选取198例病人，失访8人，190例病人在干预后饮食控制、遵医用药、定期检查、定期测血糖、合同运动情况均好于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；干预前后病人空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。结论]社区干预可提高糖尿病病人的遵医行为，减少并发症的发生，提高生存质量。

Influence of Community Health Education on the Compliance Behaviors in Patients with Diabetes

Objective]To evaluate effect of community health education on the compliance behaviors in patients with diabetes. Methods]198 patients were chosen to carry out community health education and receive the questionnaire survey about the compliance behavior and the condition control situation before and after the intervention. Results~ 198 patients were studied and 8 patients were lost during the follow up survey. 190 patients were followed up. After the intervention, the control of diet,dose obeying the doctor, examination after an immobility time, measuring the blood sugar after an immobility time,sport with reason were better than a health education pre-front. There were significant differences （ P 〈0.01） .The TPG, 2 hPG, GHbA1, urine sugar, total cholesterol, TG were batter than expected. There were significant differences（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion]The community intervention can improve the compliance behavior, reduce the complication occurrence and improve the survival quality.
