2008～2009年莒县桶装饮用水卫生状况调查

[目的]了解莒县桶装饮用纯净水卫生状况及存在的问题。[方法]随机抽取各桶装饮用纯净水生产企业和市场销售点桶装饮用纯净水样品280份,按GB17324-2004、GB/T8538、GB17323和GB/T4789.21-2004规定的方法进行检验。检验项目包括感官、微生物和理化指标。[结果]280份样品总合格率为70.71%;理化指标中以电导率超标为主,合格率79.64%;微生物指标以菌落总数超标为主,合格率91.07%,电导率和菌落总数单项不合格分别占不合格产品的20.73%和7.32%。大肠菌群、致病菌、铅、砷、铜等各项指标单项检测合格率为100.00%。[结论]莒县桶装饮用纯净水尚存在较大卫生质量问题,以菌落总数和电导率超标为主,应加强监督管理,确保桶装饮用纯净水安全。

Investigation of Sanitary States of Barreled Drinking Water from Ju County 2008 and 2009

[Objective] To understand the sanitary conditions of barreled pure water and the existing problems.[Methods]280 samples from different manufacturers and different places on sale were randomly collected,detected according to GB 17324-2004,GB/T 8538,GB 17323 and GB/T 4789.21-2004.The tested items included senses,microorganism,physical and chemical inspection.[Results]The passing rate of all 280 samples was 70.71%.The main overproof item in physical and chemical inspection was electrical conductivity and the passing rate was 79.64%.The main overproof item in microorganism inspection was the total numbers of colony and the passing rate was 91.07%.Samples which electrical conductivity was unqualified and total numbers of colony were unqualified were 20.73% and 7.32%,respectively.The percent of pass of coli group,pathogenic bacteria,lead,arsenic,copper were all 100.00%.[Conclusion]Severe problems exist in barreled pure water from Ju couty,especially electrical conductivity and total numbers of colony.Supervision should be strengthened to guarantee the sanitation of pure water.
