试用圆形分布分析急性脑血管疾病发病时间的季节性

目的]探讨急性脑血管疾病发病时间的季节性特点,为疾病的预防和医院相关科室合理配置医疗资源提供参考。方法]收集某医院神经内科病房2007年7月至2010年6月收治的急性脑梗死患者和急性脑出血患者的发病时间资料,运用圆形分布法分析其发病时间的聚集性。结果]经圆形分布分析,两种疾病的发病均存在季节性集中趋势（P〈0.01）,急性脑梗死的高发期为秋冬交替季节,急性脑出血好发于隆冬季节;两者的发病季节集中趋势相对较弱,高峰期跨度均接近8个月。结论]急性脑梗死和急性脑出血的发病有一定的季节集中趋势,但相对较弱。

Study on Seasonal Distribution of Incidence Date of Acute Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective] To describe the characteristics of distribution of incidence date of acute cerebrovascular disease,in order to provide reference for prevention of the disease and allocation of medical resources for hospitals.Methods]The incidence information of all the patients with acute cerebrovascular disease from a certain hospital was collected from July 2007 to June 2010,and the methods of circular distribution were used to analyze the characteristics of the disease.Results]According to the results of circular distribution,the incidence of both acute cerebral hemorrhage and acute cerebral thrombosis had the seasonal central trend（P0.01）.The peak of incidence of acute cerebral infarction was alternating fall and winter season,acute intracerebral hemorrhage occurred in the middle of winter;the two diseases had relatively weak central tendency of the season,the peaks of the span were both close to 8 months.Conclusion]The incidence of both acute cerebral hemorrhage and acute cerebral thrombosis has the seasonal central trend,but the seasonal central trend is relatively weak.
