2009年吉林市昌邑区农村部分供水点供水微生物检测分析

摘    要:目的]了解吉林市昌邑区农村地区部分供水的微生物指标合格情况和各种影响因素。方法]分别于2009年的枯水期(3-5月)采取进入储水器前的水43份和储水器中的水39份;丰水期(7-8月)采取进入储水器前的水43份和储水器中的水38份,按照GB/T 5750.2-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法-水样的采集与保存》检测菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群。结果]枯水期共采集水样82份,进入储水器前的水微生物指标合格率为67.4%,储水器中的水微生物指标合格率为23.1%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。丰水期共采集水样81份,进入储水器前的水微生物指标合格率为37.2%,储水器中的水微生物指标合格率为0.0%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论]吉林市昌邑区部分农户储水器是昌邑区农村生活饮用水微生物污染的途径之一。

Abstract:Objective] To understand microbial indicators of eligible cases and a variety of factors of rural drinking water in storage device in Changyi district,Jilin city.Methods]43 and 38 water samples were collected before entering storage device and in storage device in dry season(March-May) and wet period(July-August).Total numbers of colony、total coliforms and thermotolerant coliforms were detected.according to GB/T 5750.2-2006 Standard Test Method for drinking water-water sample collection and preservation.Results]In dry season,82 water samples were collected,the microbial indicators pass rate of the water before entering storage device was 67.4%;the microbial indicators pass rate of the water in storage device was 23.1%,with significant difference(P0.01).In wet period,81 water samples were collected,the microbial indicators pass rate of the water before entering storage device was 37.2%;the microbial indicators pass rate of the water in storage device was 0.0%,with significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion]Water storage device is a way of microbial contamination of rural drinking water in Changyi district.
