2009年莱芜市煤矿工人血常规检测结果分析

[目的]了解莱芜市煤矿工人血常规异常情况,为制定相关政策提供依据。[方法]采用整群抽样方法对莱芜市三大煤矿3 225名煤矿工人,使用全自动血液分析仪,采用指端末梢静脉血进行血常规检测。[结果]2009年莱芜市煤矿工人血常规异常检出率为7.63%,随着井下作业年限的增长,血常规、血白细胞、血红蛋白异常检出率均逐渐增高。通过相关健康教育宣传,工人对血常规异常的认知程度、重视程度显著增加。[结论]煤矿工人职业卫生防治工作中,应加强血常规异常的监测,全面了解职工身体状况,促进职业病防治工作的深入开展。

Analysis on Routine Blood Test Surveillance Results among Coal Miners in Laiwu City

[Objective] To understand the abnormal routine blood test among coal miners in Laiwu city,so as to provide the basis for formulating the relevant policies.[Methods]The cluster sampling method was adopted in 3 225 coal miners of three big coal mine in Laiwu city.The vein blood of finger end was used for routine blood test carried out by total automatic blood analyzer.[Results]The detection rate of abnormal routine blood test among coal miners in Laiwu city was 7.63% in 2009.The detection rate of abnormal routine blood test,the detection rate of abnormal white blood cell and the detection rate of abnormal hemoglobin increased gradually with the growth of underground working years.Through relevant health education and promotion,the cognition and the emphasis of abnormal routine blood test in workers increased significantly.[Conclusion]In the occupational health prevention among the coal miners,routine blood test surveillance should be strengthened for comprehensive understanding of the worker＇s health to promote the further development in prevention of occupational diseases.
