1986-2008年南宁市城区麻风病新发现病例资料分析

目的]了解南宁市城区全面开展联合化疗后新发麻风病病例的情况，为制定防治措施提供依据。方法]对南宁市城区1986～2008年麻风病疫情资料进行分析。结果]986～2008年麻风病新发病例合计61例。其中．1986年14例，1987年5例，2000年1例，2002年4例，2004～2008年分别为3、2、1、3、2例；男性44例、女性17例．发现时年龄46．07±16．28岁，发病时年龄43．11±16．26岁。61例中，门诊被动发现的占83．61％；发病型别少菌型（TT、BT）占60．66％；4例出现Ⅱ级畸残。结论]南宁市目前麻风病仍处于低流行状态，各项麻风病防治工作力度需要加强。

Data Analysis of New Leprosy Cases in Manning Urban District from 1986 to 2008

Objective]To understand the status of new leprosy cases in Nanning urban district after the implementation of combined chemotherapy, to provide the basis for prevention and control measures. Methods]Epidemic data of leprosy in Nanning urban district from 1986 to 2004 were analyzed. Results] 61 new leprosy cases were reported from 1986 to 2008. Of them, 14,5cases, 1case and 4 cases were reported respectively in 1986,1987,2000 and 2002. As well as 3.2 cases, 1 case,3,2 cases were reported respectively from 2004 to 2008. 44 and 17 cases were male and female,the mean age was 46.07±16.28 during the detection and 43. 11±16.26 during the onset of the disease. Of the 61 cases,83.61% of the cases were passively diagnosed in clinic, paucibacillary leprosy cases （TT, BT） accounted for 60.66%. 4 cases had grade II disability and deformity. Conclusion]The prevalence of leprosy was lower in Nanning,leprosy prevention and control must be strengthened.
