2001-2009年漳州市外来务工人员HBsAg携带情况分析

目的]了解2001-2009年漳州市外来务工人员的乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）携带状况，进一步探索有效预防和控制乙肝感染的措施。方法]按照招工健康体检项目对2001-2009年来漳州市外来务工人员38039人进行常规检查，采用ELISA常规的方法进行HBsAg筛选及肝功能检查。结果]2001-2009年合计检测外来务工者38039人，HBsAg阳性者2442人，阳性率为6．42％。呈逐年下降趋势，不同年份问阳性率有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。男性阳性率（7．22％）高于女性（4．78％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；年龄20～29岁阳性率（8．13％）高于其他年龄组（P〈0．01）。结论]漳州市外来务工人员HBsAg阳性率呈逐年下降趋势，且已低于全国平均水平。

Analysis on the Status of HBsAg Carrying among Migrant Workers in Zhangzhou City, 2001-2009

Objective]To understand the status HBsAg carrying among migrant workers in Zhangzhou city, 2001- 2009, in order To search for effective prevention and control measures of hepatitis B virus infection. Methods]Aecording to the health check-up project, a routine check was conducted anaong 38039 migrant workers in Zhangzhou. City, adopting the ELISA conventional method for screening HBsAg and liver function examination. Results]A total of 38 039 nilgrant workers were tested in 2001-2009, 2 442 were HBsAg positive. HBsAg positive rate was 6.42%. The positive rate declined year by year. There was statistical significance among different years. （ P 〈0.01）. Men（7.22G）were higher than women（4. 78%）. With statistically significant difference. （ P 〈0.01）. Age group 20-29 positive rate（8. 13% ） was higher than other age groups. （ P 〈0.01）. Conelusion]The positive rate of HBsAg has declined year by year in Zhangzhou city and below the national average.
