2008年连城县饮用中桶装矿泉水的卫生质量监测分析

目的]了解饮用中桶装矿泉水的卫生质量变化。方法]2008年10－12月对连城县某矿泉水厂生产的桶装矿泉水按照GB 8538-1995《饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》进行检测,取不同的饮用时间、不同的加热方式、饮水机定期消毒与未消毒的桶装矿泉水检测菌落总数、大肠菌群、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、氨氮。结果]饮水机经过定期消毒后放置48 h饮用中矿泉水冷水的微生物开始增殖,饮用中矿泉水热水的微生物无明显变化;饮水机未经消毒连续使用,放置24 h后饮用中矿泉水冷水的微生物开始增殖,饮用中矿泉水热水的微生物无明显变化;桶装矿泉水开启后10 d内,硝酸盐氮、亚酸盐氮、氨氮等卫生指标都未发生变化。结论]饮用中桶装矿泉水卫生质量变化的指标主要为菌落总数。大肠菌群、硝酸盐氮、亚酸盐氮、氨氮等指标都未发生变化,发生变化的原因与饮用的时间、是否加热、饮水机是否定期消毒等因素有关。

Analysis on Hygienic Quality Surveillance of Drinking Bottled Mineral Water in Liancheng County,2008

Objective] To understand the hygienic quality changes of drinking bottled mineral water.Methods]From October to December 2008,bottled mineral water by a plant in Liancheng county was tested in accordance with GB 8538-1995 natural mineral water drinking test method,take bottled mineral water in different drinking time,in different heating methods,regularly or irregularly disinfected drinking machines testing total bacterial count,coliform bacteria,nitrate,nitrite,and ammonia.Results]The microorganisms of cold drinking bottled mineral water started proliferation after the drinking regularly disinfected 48 h after placement,the microorganisms of hot drinking bottled mineral water had no significant change,the microorganisms of cold drinking bottled mineral water started proliferation after the drinking machine not disinfected 24 h after placement,the microorganisms of hot drinking bottled mineral water had no significant change;Bottled mineral water within 10 d after opening,the hygienic indicators of nitrate,nitrite,ammonia had no significant change.Conclusion]The main indicators of the changes in hygienic quality of drinking bottled mineral water are bacterial count.The hygienic indicators of coliform bacteria,nitrate,nitrite,ammonia have no significant change.The reasons for changing are associated with factors of drinking time,water temperature,and whether drinking machines are disinfected regularly or not.
