| 摘 要： | 目的]评价在中小学校开展学生因病缺课症状监测网络直报系统在学校传染病防控中的应用,为进一步完善学校传染病疫情早期预警提供科学方法。方法]对直报系统建立和应用以来的效果进行分析。结果]直报系统报告率建立初期为23.95%,2009年12月提高至60.06%（P〈0.01）;接收中小学校网络直报近25万人次,因病缺课症状监测预警1.1万余次。结论]学生因病缺课症状监测网络直报系统对中小学校传染病防控有一定效果。

| Abstract: | Objective] To evaluate the application of Web-based Students Absenteeism Symptom Surveillance Reporting System（SASSRS）in school infectious diseases control and provide scientific measures for further improving early warning of infectious diseases in school.Methods]The effects of SASSRS were analyzed since its establishment and application.Results]The reporting rate of SASSRS increased from 23.95% in the initial period to 60.06% in December 2009（P0.01）;SASSRS received reports from schools nearly 250 000 times and early warning more than 11 000 times.Conclusion]SASSRS plays a positive role in infectious diseases control in school. |
