2007～2009年莱芜市莱城区麻疹流行特征分析

[目的]了解莱芜市莱城区麻疹疫情状况,为制定麻疹防控措施提供依据。[方法]对2007～2009年莱芜市莱城区麻疹监测系统和法定传染病常规报告系统的麻疹病例资料进行分析。[结果]2007～2009年莱芜市莱城区合计报告麻疹疑似病例654例,确诊438例,年均发病率为15.26/10万。凤城、鹏泉、张家洼、高庄4个街道办事处和苗山镇、口镇镇、牛泉镇3处乡镇合计发病368例（占84.02%）,3～5月合计发病375例（占81.51%）,学生和儿童合计发病242例（占55.25%）,男性232人,女性206人,14岁以下192例（占43.84%）,有麻疹疫苗免疫史者79人（占18.04%）。2008年有11处暴发点,发病279例（占63.70%）。[结论]2007～2009年莱芜市莱城区麻疹发病率较高,无麻疹疫苗免疫史是发病的主要原因。

Epidemic Characteristics of Measles in Laicheng District,Laiwu City,2007-2009

[Objective] To understand the measles epidemic situation in Laicheng district,Laiwu City,in order to provide the basis for the development of measles prevention and control measures.[Methods]Analysis was made on 2007-2009 data from the measles surveillance system and regular reporting system of notifiable diseases in Laicheng district,Laiwu city.[Results]A total of 654 cases of suspected measles cases were reported in Laicheng district,Laiwu City,2007 to 2009,438 cases were diagnosed,the average annual incidence rate of 15.26/105.A total of 368 cases（accounting for 84.02%）in Fengcheng,Pengquan,Zhangjiawa,Gaozhuang sub-districts and Miaoshan,Kouzhen,and Niuquan townships,a total of 375 cases（accounting for 81.51%）in March,April and May,a total off 242 cases（accounting for 55.25%）in students and children,males 232,females 206,192 cases under the age of 14（accounting for 43.84%）,with a history of measles vaccine in 79 people（accounting for 18.04%）.Outbreak in 2008 had 11 points,incidence in 279 cases（accounting for 63.70%）.[Conclusion]From 2007 to 2009,the measles incidence is high in Laicheng district,Laiwu city,no history of measles vaccination is the leading cause of morbidity.
