2008-2009年度广州市萝岗区低出生体重儿资料分析

[目的]探讨萝岗区低出生体重发生率的影响因素，为制定干预措施提供科学依据。[方法]对2008～2009年度广州市萝岗区户籍低出生体重儿有关资料进行分析。[结果]萝岗区低出生体重发生率，2008年度为4．48％，2009年度为4．57％（P〉0．05）；产妇户籍地在城区的为4．41％，在农村的为4．64％（P〉0．05）；男婴为3．33％，女婴为6．06％（P〈0．01）；早产儿为57．25％，足月活产儿为2．46％（P〈0．01）；孕期有高危因素的为22，79％，无高危因素的为1.39％（P〈0．01）。157例低出生体重儿中，孕期存在高危因素的占73．89％，高危因素主要是早产、双胎、胎儿生长受限、高龄初产、妊娠期高血压疾病。[结论]2008年度和2009年度萝岗区低出生体重发生率处于一般水平。

Analysis on Low Birth Weight Infants in Luogang District of Guangzhou from 2008 to 2009

[Objective]To explore the incidence and the influential factors of the low birth weight infants（LBWI） in Luogang district of Guangzhou, so as to provide the information for LBWI control. [Methods]Analysis was made on the information of the low birth weight infants in Luogang district during 2008-2009. [Results]The incidence of LBWI in Luogang district was 4.48% in 2008 and 4.57% in 2009 （ P 〉0.05） ;it was 4.41% in urban areas and 4.64% in rural areas（ P〉 0.05） ;it was 3. 33% in the female infants and 6.06% in The male infants（P〈0.01） ;it was 57. 25% in premature infants and 2.46% in mature infants （P〈0.01） ;it was 22.79% in high-risk pregnancy and 1.39% in non-risk pregnancy （ P〈 0.01） ;The percentage of high-risk pregnancy of LBWI was 73. 89%. The associated risk factors was premature, Twins, FGR,older pregnant women, pregnancy induced hypertension,etc. [Conclusion]The incidence of the Low Birth Weight Infants in Luogang district of Guangzhou in 2008 and 2009 was at an average level.
