铁岭市某小学1起风疹暴发的调查

目的]探讨预防控制儿童青少年风疹暴发的有效方法。方法]对铁岭市某小学1起暴发风疹患者进行流行病学调查,并对560名易感者接种风疹疫苗后观察分析。结果]本次暴发疫情累计发病34例,全部为学生,罹患率为5.50%（34/609）。年龄为8～14岁,男女分别发病12、22例,罹患率分别为4.3%（12/280）和7.5%（22/329）。结论]风疹是青少年好发的呼吸道传染病,在人群密集的场所极易暴发;及时隔离传染源,对疫点采取环境消毒,对易感人群早期接种风疹疫苗,建立有效免疫屏障,是预防控制风疹暴发的行之有效地综合防治措施。

Survey on a Rubella Outbreak at a Primary School in Tieling City

Objective] To discuss the effective ways for preventing and controlling the children and teenagers＇ rubella outbreak.Methods]An epidemiological survey was conducted among rubella cases in a outbreak at a primary school in Tieling city,and observation and analysis were made among 560 susceptible cases after rubella vaccine inoculation.Results]A total of 34 cases in this breakout of epidemic were all students,the attack rate was 5.5.%（34/609）.The ages were from 8 to 14,the boys were 12 and girls were 22,the attack rate was 4.3%（12/280）and 7.5%（22/329）respectively.Conclusion]Rubella is a respiratory infectious disease occurring in teenagers,it is easy to break out in places full of people.The effective comprehensive measures for preventing and controlling are isolating the source of infection in time,disinfection for the epidemic place,inoculating rubella vaccine for the susceptible group in the early time,and establishing the effective immunization barrier.
