2008年江阴市旅店业公共用品卫生状况调查

目的]了解旅店业公共用品的卫生质量,为制定有效的监督管理措施提供科学依据。方法]2008年3-12月,抽取江阴市城乡48家旅店业的公共用品进行卫生检测。结果]合计检测各类样品2 046份,合格的1 937份,合格率为94.67%。公共用品合格率,星级宾馆、综合或连锁宾馆、普通宾馆分别为97.69%、94.77%、92.56%（P〈0.01）;毛巾和床上用品、茶具、洁具分别为98.75%、96.81%、78.99%（P〈0.01）;城区旅店、乡镇旅店分别为96.00%、94.30%（P〉0.05）。结论]江阴市旅店业的公共用品卫生合格率较高。

Survey on Hygienic Conditions of Public Supplies in the Hotel Industry of Jiangyin City,2008

Objective] To understand the hygienic quality of public supplies in the hotel industry,so as to provide scientific basis for the development of effective supervision and management measures.Methods]In March-December,2008,public supplies were sampled to conduct test from 48 hotels in urban and rural Jiangyin city.Results]A total of 2 046 samples were tested,1 937 were eligible,with a passing rate of 94.67%.The qualified rate of public supplies was 97.69%,94.77%,and 92.56%（P0.01） for star hotels,integrated or chain hotels,general guest houses;98.75%,96.81%,and 78.99%（P0.01）for towels and beddings,tea ware and toilet ware;96.00% and 94.30%（P0.05） for urban and rural hotels.Conclusion]The qualified rate is high in public supplies of the hotel industry in Jiangyin city.
