2008～2009年福州市艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

目的]了解福州市艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）情况。方法]对2008～2009年到福州市疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊求询者的基本信息及艾滋病病毒（HIV）抗体检测情况进行分析。结果]2008～2009年来VCT门诊求询者1287人次,年龄1～72岁,以16～45岁为主,占94.41%;男性占81.59%,女性占18.41%。HIV抗体阳性率为3.44%,2008、2009年分别为2.01%、4.41%（P〈0.05）;男性为2.89%,女性为5.76%（P〈0.05）。求询原因主要是性行为,占77.62%。结论]VCT门诊是发现HIV感染者/病人及实施干预的重要窗口。

Data Analysis on HIV Voluntary Counseling and Testing in Fuzhou City,2008-2009

Objective] To understand HIV voluntary counseling and testing（VCT）services.Methods]Retrospective data including demographic and HIV laboratory testing information among individuals who received HIV services at the VCT clinic in Fuzhou from 2008 to 2009 were collected and analyzed.Results]Of the 1 287 people seeking VCT services during the two-year period,94.41% of them were 16-45 years old,81.59% of them were male.3.44% were HIV positive.The HIV prevalence rate in 2009 was 4.41% and it was 2.01% in 2008（P0.05）.The HIV prevalence rate in the male was 2.89% and it was 5.76% in the female（P0.05）.The main reason for seeking VCT service was sexual contact,accounting for 77.62%.Conclusion]HIV VCT is an effective way to get people to be aware of their sero-status and to implement effective prevention and care interventions for both HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients.
