2001～2008年青神县实施《全国结核病防治规划》效果分析

目的]了解2001-2008年实施《全国结核病防治规划（2001-2010）年》期间结核病防治效果,为控制结核病的目标提供科学依据。方法]对青神县2001-2008年结核病相关资料进行分析。结果]2001-2008年累计接诊可疑肺结核病人3 622例,初诊病人就诊率为2.29‰,发现活动性肺结核病人1 162例,其中初治涂阳病人721例,复治涂阳病人219例,初治涂阴病人222例。初诊查痰2 214人,查痰率为61.13%,阳性检出率为52.49%;新涂阳病人治愈率为97.78%。结论]青神县完成了结核病控制的各项任务指标。

Analysis on Effect of Implementation of National TB Control Project in Qingshen County,2001-2008

Objective] To understand the effect of implementation of National TB Control Project（2001-2010） in Qingshen county,2001-2008,so as to provide scientific basis for the goal of TB control.Methods]Analysis was made on data of TB in Qingshen county,2001-2008.Results]3 622 TB patients were reported,2001-2008.The rate of initial treatment was 2.29‰,1 162 active TB patients were detected.Of them,721 were smear positive;219 were retreated smear positive.222 smear negative patients were initially treated.2 214 initial patients were examined.The rate of spit was 61.13%.The detection rate of smear positive patients was 52.49%.The cure rate was 97.78%.Conclusion]The goals of TB control project have been achieved in Qingshen county.
