2008年大连市部分流动人口预防艾滋病知识调查

目的]了解大连市流动人口对艾滋病知识的了解程度和健康行为的形成情况,为今后促进流动人口预防艾滋病活动的开展,提高流动人口预防艾滋病知识知晓率和健康行为形成率提供工作方向。方法]2008年6月采用随机抽样的方法进行问卷调查。结果]调查流动人口1 028人,发放问卷1 028份,收回有效问卷992份,对11个问题的总回答正确率仅为59.99%。对艾滋病的血液传播途径的认知水平较高,知晓率为83.17%,但对蚊虫叮咬和握手、拥抱等非传播途径的知晓率较低,只有29.84%和67.74%。流动人口对艾滋病的防范意识不足,只有6.65%的被调查者对联合国艾滋病规划署确定的5个关键问题全部知晓,而有14.82%被调查者对5个关键问题全不知晓。流动人口的高危险行为普遍存在,预防艾滋病的健康行为形成率较低。结论]流动人口对预防艾滋病知识的了解程度和健康行为形成率较低,应加强对这一人群预防艾滋病的健康教育工作,提高流动人口的自我保护能力。

Investigation on AIDS Awareness and Knowledge among Floating Population in Dalian in 2008

Objective] To understand the awareness related to AIDS knowledge and health behavior among floating population in Dalian in order to provide basis for the improvement of the awareness related to AIDS knowledge and the behavior among floating population during health education.Methods]Questionnaire investigation was conducted with random sampling method in June 2008.Results]Of the 1028 floating people investigated,of the 1 028 questionnaires distributed,992 responses were received,the awareness rate was only 59.99% for 11 questions.The awareness rate of blood transmission route was 83.17% but the awareness rate of non-transmission route was only 29.84% and 67.74%,such as mosquito bites,shaking hands or embrace.Only 6.65% people investigated understood the 5 key questions issued by The United Nations Program on AIDS while 14.84% people don＇t understand the 5 key questions.There was a high risk among the target population with low health behaviors.Conclusion]The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was low and health behavior was bad among floating population,health education must be strengthened in order to improve their self protection ability.
