2005～2009年日照市性病门诊就诊者资料分析

目的]了解日照市性传播疾病（STD）的流行趋势及特点,为制定有效的防治对策提供依据。方法]对2005-2009年性病门诊监测哨点疫情资料进行流行病学分析。结果]日照市性病门诊监测哨点2005-2009年未发现艾滋病感染者,监测到的性病以非淋菌性尿道炎、尖锐湿疣、梅毒、淋病为主,检出率分别为25.70%、15.67%、11.34%、10.28%;就诊年龄主要为20-39岁,占74.22%。结论]日照市STD的发病总体上呈现增长趋势,应该加强STD防治知识的普及,提倡安全性行为,控制STD的蔓延,也是预防艾滋病传播的重要措施。

Analysis on Data of Patients at STD Clinics in Rizhao City,2005-2009

Objective] To understand prevalence trend and characteristics of sexually transmitted disease（STD） in Rizhao city,so as to provide basis for effective prevention strategy.Methods]The data reported in 2005-2009 were investigated.Results]No HIV cases were found at HIV sentinel surveillance sites of STD clinics in Rizhao city,2005-2009,the sexually transmitted diseases detected were mainly non-gonococcal urethritis,genital warts,syphilis,gonorrhea,the detection rates were 25.70%,15.67%,11.34 %,and 10.28% respectively;the mean age of 20 to 39-year-old,accounting for 74.22%.Conclusion]The incidence rate of the STD in Rizhao is on an increasing trend.Strengthening education on preventive knowledge on STD and calling for safe sex will be effective measures to control the transmission of STD and HIV.
