2000～2009年江阴市法定传染病疫情资料分析

目的]了解江阴市法定报告传染病的发生、流行及变化趋势,为预防控制传染病工作提供科学依据。方法]对2000-2009年江阴市传染病疫情报告资料进行分析。结果]2000-2009年江阴市累计报告甲、乙类法定传染病18种21 740例,年发病率为120.17/10万-177.49/10万,年均发病率为145.66/10万。其中,血源及性传播传染病、呼吸道传染病、肠道传染病、自然疫源和虫媒传染病分别发病8 398、8 182、5 057、78例,年均发病率分别为56.63/10万、53.96/10万、34.40/10万、0.51/10万;新生儿破伤风发病14例,活产儿年均发病率为15.23/10万。发病率最高的前5种传染病依次是肺结核、病毒性肝炎、淋病、细菌性痢疾、梅毒,年均发病率依次为50.77/10万、28.27/10万、25.32/10万、18.77/10万、15.48/10万。结论]2000~2009年江阴市法定传染病疾病发病率呈下降趋势,肺结核、病毒性肝炎、淋病、细菌性痢疾、梅毒是防治的重点。

Analysis on Data of Notifiable Diseases in Jiangyin City,2000-2009

Objective] To find out the incidence,prevalence and change trend of notifiable diseases in Jiangyin city,so as to provide basis for the prevention and control.Methods]Analysis was made on the data of the notifiable disease epidemic in Jiangyin city,2000-2009.Results]18 notifiable diseases（21 740 cases in total） were reported in Jiangyin city,2000-2009,the annual rates ranged from 120.17/10^5 to 177.49/10^5,the average annual incidence rate was 145.66/10^5.Of these,blood-borne and sexually transmitted infections,respiratory infections,diarrhea diseases,natural focal and vector-borne infectious disease morbidity were respectively 8 398,8 182,5 057 cases and 18 cases,the average annual incidence rate was respectively 56.63/105,53.96/105,34.40/105,and 0.51/105;neonatal tetanus incidence in 14 cases,the average annual incidence rate for live births was 15.23/105.The top 5 highest rates of infectious diseases were tuberculosis,hepatitis,gonorrhea,syphilis,and bacillary dysentery,the average annual incidence rate was 50.77/105,28.27/105,25.32/105,18.77/105,and 15.48/105.Conclusion]In 2000-2009,the morbidity of notifiable infectious diseases is on a downward trend,tuberculosis,hepatitis,gonorrhea,syphilis,and bacillary dysentery are its focuses.
