莱芜市某托幼机构手足口病暴发疫情分析

[目的]了解托幼机构等集体单位手足口病的发病特点，为指导托幼机构手足口病的防控工作提供理论依据。[方法]对2009年莱芜市一家托幼机构发生的手足口病暴发疫情资料进行分析。[结果]首例于2009年3月15日发病．3月25~30日合计发病55例．占77．46％至4月5目合计发病71例，儿童罹患率为26．10％，无死亡病例。罹患率，男童为26．36％，女童为25．87％（P〉0．05）；3～8岁波动在1／8-37．74％（P〉0．05）。8例患儿粪便标本用RT—PCR检测。均为EV71病毒核酸阳性。[结论]这是一起由于疫情处置措施不力引起的手足口病暴发疫情。

Analysis on an Outbreak of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease Epidemic in a Kindergarten of Laiwu City

[Objective]To understand the characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease in units such as preschools or kindergartens, and provide theoretical basis for prevention and control. [Methods]Analysis was made on an outbreaks of hand,foot and mouth disease in a preschool of Laiwu. I-Results]The first case occurred on March 15,2009. March 25 to 30, there were 55 cases, by April 5 ,the incidence reached 77.46%, children attack rates reached 26.10 %, no death cases. Attack rate, 26.36 % for boys and 25.87 % for girls （ P 〉0.05） ; 3-8-year-old fluctuations in 1/8-37.74% （ P 0.05）. Eight cases of children with stool specimens by RT-PCR tests were positive for EV71 virus. [Conclusion]This epidemic is caused by inadequate measures for dealing with the outbreak of hand, foot and mouth disease.
