YN-150型戊二醛熏蒸柜灭菌效果观察

[目的]观察YN-150型戊二醛熏蒸柜的灭菌效果,为临床应用提供试验依据。[方法]2008年1月根据《消毒技术规范》灭菌与消毒器械消毒功效鉴定,采用载体定性杀菌试验方法进行实验室灭菌试验。[结果]熏蒸柜经6.5 h的预热、灭菌、冲洗、干燥、抽气过程,用含20 g/L戊二醛700±50 ml,可杀灭暴露于柜室内各层不同位置布放的不锈钢片及器械头上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢。当戊二醛用量在350±50 ml时,实验后的不锈钢载体及器械头经培养仍有细菌生长。[结论]YN-150型戊二醛熏蒸柜在本试验控制条件下,可杀灭完全暴露的不锈钢染菌载体及器械头上的细菌芽孢,戊二醛用量对灭菌效果有影响。

Observation on Germicidal Efficacy of YN-150 Suffocating Gas Glutaraldehyde Disinfector

[Objective] To observe the germicidal effect of YN-150 suffocating gas glutaraldehyde disinfector,so as to provide experimental basis for clinical application in January 2008.[Methods]According to the Technical Standard for Disinfection,carrier qualitative germicidal test was used to carry out the experiment in January 2008.[Results]The machine,following the process of warming up,disinfecting,washing,drying、pumping out air in about 6.5h with 700±50 ml 20 g/L glutaraldehyde,can kill Spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger on the stainless steel carriers and one end of the forceps which were put on the different place in the machine.But when the dosage of glutaraldehyde was 350±50 ml,there were bacillus alive.[Conclusion]YN-150 suffocating gas glutaraldehyde disinfector can kill Spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger on the stainless steel carriers and the forceps in this experiment condition.The dosage of glutaraldehyde affects the germicidal efficacy.
