2008年太原市水痘疫情分析

目的]了解太原市水痘疫情情况,为制定水痘防治措施提供科学依据。方法]对2008年太原市水痘疫情资料进行分析。结果]2008年报告水痘1824例,年发病率为52.55/10万。水痘发病率,小店区、迎泽区和万柏林区分别为116.50/10万、66.93/10万,63.18/10万,尖草坪区为54.16/10万,杏花岭区为36.11/10万,晋源区为32.85/10万,古交市为19.74/10万,清徐县为12.93/10万,阳曲县为3.43/10万,娄烦县为2.63/10万;男性为55.62/10万,女性为49.44/10万;0～3岁为153.42/10万,4～9岁为416.17/10万,10～50岁为22.80/10万。1824例病例中,发病时间在5～6月的占35.75%,在11～12月的占28.18%;学生占52.69%,幼托儿童占26.75%,散居儿童占13.10%。发生2起暴发疫情,发病100例,总罹患率为13.57%。结论]2008年太原市水痘发病率较高。

Analysis on Epidemics of Varicella in Taiyuan City in 2008

Objective]To understand the epidemics of Varicella in Taiyuan city,so as to provide scientific basis for the control of Varicella.Methods]Analysis was conducted on epidemics of Varicella in Taiyuan city in 2008.Results]A total of 1 824 Varicella cases were reported in 2008,with the annual incidence rate at 52.55/10^5.The Varicella incidence rate in Xiaodian,Yingze and Wanbailin districts were as follows：116.50/10^5,66.93/10^5 and 63.18/10^5.The Varicella incidence rate in Jiancaoping,Xinghualing and Jingyuan districts were as follows：54.16/10^5,36.11/10^5,32.85/10^5,The Varicella incidence rate in Gujiao city was 19.74/10^5,The Varicella incidence rate in Qingxu,Yangqu and Loufan counties were as follows：12.93/10^5,3.43/10^5 and 2.63/10^5.The males were 55.62/10^5,the females were 49.44/10^5,0-3 years old were 153.42/10^5,4-9 years old were 416.17/10^5 and 10-50 years old were 22.80/10^5.In 1 824 cases,those in May to June accounted for 35.75% and those in November to December accounted for 28.18%.52.69% among pupils,26.75% cases among children in kindergartens and scattered children 13.10%.There were 2 outbreaks of Varicella,100 cases and the incidence rate was 13.57%.Conclusion]The Varicella incidence is high in Taiyuan in 2008.
