2009年莱芜市莱城区乡村医生基本情况与医学知识水平调查

目的]了解乡村医生的基本情况及其医学知识水平，以便为今后乡村医生队伍建设提供参考依据。方法]2009年8月，对莱芜市莱城区13个乡镇的624家卫生室的注册在岗乡村医生进行调查。结果]调查1620人。其中，男性占79．88％，女性占20．12％；18～30岁占10．06％，31～40岁占30．19％，41～50岁占19．01％，51～60岁占30．00％，61～81岁占10．74％；执业医师占0．68％，执业助理医师占2．47％，一般乡村医生占96．85％；文化程度初中及以下占12．96％，高中占9．44％，中专占73．27％，大专及以上占4．32％；中医占5．99％，西医占74．94％，中西医占18．02％，护理占1．05％；有养老保险的占54．32％。调查1620人，平均医学知识得分为69．53±2．90分。其中，男性为70．56±2．32分，女性为71．37±2．80分（P〈0．01）；不同年龄得分的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），61岁以上低于其他各组（P〈0．05）；有随着职称的升高而增高、随着文化程度的升高而增高的趋势（P〈0．01）。结论]莱芜市莱城区的乡村医生文化程度与医学知识水平尚可；但女性很少，年龄偏大，专业结构不合理。

Survey on the Basic Conditions of Rural Doctors and Their Medical Knowledge in Laicheng District of Laiwu City in 2009

Objective]To understand the basic situation of rural doctors and their medical knowledge to provide reference for the future building of the contingent of rural doctors. Methods]In August 2009 ,a survey was made among rural doctors in post registered by 624 clinics of 13 townships. Results]Of the 1 620 people surveyed, males accounted for 79. 88% ,women account for 20. 12%; 18-30 years of age accounted for 10.06%, 31-40 years of age accounted for 30.19% ,41-50 years of age accounted for 19.01%,51-60 years of age accounted for 30.00%,61 to 81 years of age accounted for 10. 74 % ;practicing physicians accounted for 0. 68 %, accounting for 2.47% licensed assistant doctors, general doctors in rural areas accounted for 96.85%;education level below junior high school, and accounted for 12.96 %, high school accounted for 9.44%, accounting for 73.27% secondary school, college and above accounted for 4.32%;Chinese accounted for 5.99 %, Western accounting for 74.94 %, accounting for 18.02 % of Western medicine, health care accounted for 1.05% ;a pension insurance accounted for 54. 32%. Survey 1 620, an average of medical knowledge score 69.53 ± 2.90. Among them,men 70.56±2.32 points for women 71.37±2.80 （ P 〈0.01） ;different age groups was statistically significant difference in scores （ P 〈0.01） ,61 years old than the other groups （ P 〈0.05） ;has increased along with the title of which increased with. the increase of educational level and the trend of increased （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion]The education level and medical knowledge of rural doctors are good;but women are few and old, and the professional structure is irrational.
