2009年德州市德城区医疗机构甲流感防控现状调查

[目的]了解德城区医疗机构甲流感防控情况,为采取控制疫情扩散和蔓延的监督对策提供参考依据。[方法]2009年11月9日至11月20日对区属202家医疗机构甲流防控进行了专项调查,并制作调查表。[结果]德城区医疗机构甲型H1N1流感疫情防控工作状况通过采取新的甲流感防控监督对策后有了极大的改观,预检分诊制度,整改前合格率65．84％,整改后合格率99．00％;门诊日志登记,整改前71.29％,整改后98．51％;传染病登记薄整改前合格率84．16％,整改后合格率98．02％;消毒隔离措施、有效预防及控制医院感染措施情况,整改前合格率56．93％,整改后合格率97．03％;医疗废物处置情况,整改前合格率69．31％,整改后合格率97．52％。[结论]通过采取有效的监督对策,加大监督力度和频次,德城区医疗机构甲流感疫情防控工作状况有了极大的改观。

Investigation and Supervision Countermeasures on Current Situation of HINI Flu Prevention and Control at Medical Institutions in Decheng District,Dezhou City,2009

[Objective]To understand the situation of H1N1 Flu prevention and control at medical institutions in Decheng district,so as to provide reference basis for taking measures for control of the epidemic proliferation and the spread surveillance. [Methods]From November 9 to November 20,2009, a special questionnaire survey was made on H1N1 Flu prevention and control at medical institutions in Deeheng district. [Results]The working conditions of H1N1 Flu preven- tion and control improved greatly at medical msututions in Decheng district by taking new supervision measures, the passing rate of the pre-triage system was 65.84 % before rectification and 99.00 % after rectification; The outpatient diary registration was 71.29 % before rectification and 98.51% after rectification;the passing rate of the infectious diseases registration was 84.16 % before rectification and 98.02 % after rectification;The passing rate of disinfection isolation measure, effective prevention and control of nosocomial infection measures was 56.93 % before rectification and 97.03 % after rectification;The passing rate of medical waste disposal was 69.31% before rectification and 97.52 % after rectification. [Conclusion]H1N1 Flu prevention and control have improved greatly at medical institutions in Deeheng district by taking effective supervision measures and enlarging supervision dynamics and frequency.
