摘    要:目的]改进尿中铅的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。方法]尿样加基体改进剂后,通过优化仪器实验条件,直接进样测定尿中铅。结果]尿铅浓度在0~120μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9996,最低检出限为0.016μg/L,相对标准偏差小于3.08%,回收率为97.6%~103.2%。结论]该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、精密度好、结果准确,适用于直接测定尿中铅。

Abstract:Objective]To improve determination of lead in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods]Urine baseplates modifier, the experimental conditions by optimizing the device directly into the urine samples of lead. Results]Urinary lead concentration in the 0-120μg/L within the linear relationship, the correlation coefficient r = 0. 999 6 ,the lowest detection limit of 0. 016μg/L,relative standard deviation of less than 3.08% ,recoveries of 97.6% and 103.2 %. Conclusion]The method is simple, rapid, high sensitive, precise, accurate and suitable for direct determination of lead in urine.
