经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石清石系统治疗肾结石40例临床分析

目的：探讨经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石清石系统治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效。方法：总结我院2005年1月-2007年12月，在B超定位下，经皮肾镜运用气压弹道联合超声碎石清石系统治疗复杂性肾结石40例患者50侧肾。结果：41侧肾一期碎石清石成功，6侧肾行二期碎石清石，结石总清除率80．2％，平均手术时间84min，平均住院时间11．7d，无严重手术并发症。结论：经皮肾镜下气压弹道联合超声碎石清石系统治疗复杂性肾结石具有微创、高效、安全的特点，值得临床推广。

CLINICAL ANALYSES OF COMBINED PNEUMATIC AND ULTRASOUND LITHOTRIPSY FOR 40 CASES OF COMPLEX RENAL CALCULI

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined pneumatic and uhrasound lithotripsy for complex renal calculi by percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.Methods：40 cases（50 lalerals） with complex renal calculi underwent percutaneous nephrolithotripsy by perspective positioning of uhrasonography in hospital from Janurary 2005 to December 2007.Results：Primary removal of the calculi were achieved in 41 lalerals.6 lalerals were received secondary procedure.The curative rate was 80.2%.The average time consumption was 84 minutes for the procedure.The hospital stay was 11.7 days.No serious complications occurred.Conclusion：combined pneumatic and uhrasound lithotripsy by percutaneous nephrolithotripsy for complex renal calculi is recommendcd for its minimal invasion,higher curative rate and safety in performance.
