| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮腹腔穿刺引流治疗急性重症胰腺炎的护理方法。方法通过对12例重症胰腺炎患者经皮腹腔穿刺置管引流治疗，并进行全面护理。结杲治疗总有效率为96．35％，无死亡病例。结论经皮腹腔穿刺引流对于急性重症胰腺炎患者能够进行简便、安全、有效的治疗，提高重症胰腺炎患者的治愈率、降低并发症发生率及病死率，缩短病程。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing methods of percutaneous peritoneal drainage for the patients with severe acute panereatitis. Methods Twelve patients with severe acute pancreatitis were treated with percutaneous peritoneal drainage and comprehensive care. Results The overall cure rate was 96. 35~/oo and no death was reported. Conclusion As a simple, safe and effective treatment for the patients with severe acute pancreatitis, percutaneous peritoneal drainage can improve the cure rate, reduce the incidence of complications and mortality and shorten the course of disease. |
